Joe Biden was asked about Kavanaugh and if he deserves the presumption of innocence. Joe Biden refers back to the Anita Hill days and said she should be given the benefit of the doubt because it takes a lot of courage to come forward with the accusations. He says they should also be treated with respect and not face character assassinations.
