Post-9/11, Congress ensured victims were compensated and curtailed needless, court-clogging lawsuits through the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund. I have felt for a long time that is why there still is a push to keep things closed. We will be soon buried in frivolous lawsuits over the Wuhan virus. We sue for everything else. I might even sue the next time I catch the flu.
