Enough is enough. Time for the country to rebel against all of this. We have the medical facilities and supplies in place if needed. Open it up!
But you (the public) dont have an understanding of the disease or how to treat it.
However, it is becoming clearer.
More and more Drs are coming forward and saying this is not an ARDS disease
It is a Vascular Disease.
Victims with severe hypoxemia often still have the normal ability for the lung to expand when breathing in air. In Ards the lung is stiff and hard to inflate (not a Dr but this is my understanding)
One of the Drs said tonight that he cant get the Gilead drug. It’s only available right now for pregnant women or if you are part of a clinical trial.
Once they can get a handle on what will work and make it available then we can open for business.
Until then...its a rolling basis to open.
And you have to get PPE equipment to hospitals...and yes, there is still a major problem with protection.
