The two billion dollar vaccine company partly fiances by Bill Gates called Chiron corporation was the leader in these vaccines based on "Antibody-dependent enhancement" (Wikipedia has a fairly good page on this for the moment)
They said they fixed the problem before the distributed hundreds of millions of vaccines. They didn't.
The FDA and similar institutions around the world banned their vaccines forcing them to sell the company.
Angela Hwang worked as quality Control, quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs for Chiron Corporation. She later became the the Senior Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for 10 years.
Chiron sold and resold the company today the same organization financed by Gates is called GlaxoSmithKline.
In the 1980's the Malaria Vaccine and Increased Mortality in Girls and was removed for distribution. Today World Health Organization (WHO) allowed RTS,S which is based on the same drug the mortality rate in girls hasn't changed yet it's being distributed. Malaria has not decreased.
