Appearing on VICE’s Seat at the Table with Anand Giridharadas, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) urged Americans not to return to work after states begin reopening their respective economies in response to updated information on the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.
“We talk about this idea of ‘reopening society,’ only in America does [President Trump] — when the president tweets about liberation, does he mean ‘go back to work,'” Ocasio-Cortez said. “When we have this discussion about going back or reopening, I think a lot of people should just say, ‘no, we’re not going back to that. We’re not going back to working 70 hour weeks just so that we can put food on the table and not even feel any sort of semblance of security in our lives.' (emphasis mine)”

Ocasio-Cortez’s remarks also come after a controversy where she appeared to cheer record-low oil prices, touting the crash as an opportunity to invest in “green infrastructure to save our planet.”

Before this virus hit I often wondered how people would earn money when every imaginable job could be performed by computers, robots, etc.
I wonder if that is why they came up with this fake pandemic thing - as a sort of jump start or “priming the pump” on the whole thing about giving the population a stipend just to live.

I think they will be a identifier of who the low IQ population is or perhaps the low Street smarts IQ. Question for free purse which side of the equation do you fall on? All I know is a few miles from my house near the University it is the professors and left-wing lunatics who are all wearing the mask and you have to drive through the ghetto to get there and everybody in the ghetto scene to watch CNN and they all wear masks also.

So far in my part of Florida I have seen 1 obese middle aged white guy who looked like he had health conditions wearing a mask, one very old fellow, and one black family that wore masks and the next week I saw that same family they had ditched them. Lots of women sewing masks, but only one wearing one.
There is one good thing about the virus and the coming Depression.
Mindless idiocy like '57 genders' and 'transsexual rights' and 'climate change', and the crap spouted by absolute empty-headed fools like AOC, will be shut down by reality.
