If you haven’t been tested for SARS-CoV-2, how do you know that you don’t have it and so aren’t spreading it around?

Send “Orange Man Bad” federal and state government Democrats and RINOs home in November!

Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping COVID-19 will effectively give fast-working Trump a third term in office imo.

MAGA, also KAGA! (Keep America Great Always!)

“Real citizens do care about the health and well-being of their fellow citizens.“

Actually the primary responsibility of citizens is to take care of themselves. No one else is responsible for my wellbeing before me, especially not a bloated and bureaucratic government. And not you either.

“ So the 80 year old lady...”

Always with the straw dog false premise... that age group is strictly shelter in place.

I guess that's just a risk you'll have to take. I won't be wearing any stupid mask in public or anywhere else. I don't have the virus, so I can't spread it. And even if I did have it, and "spewed virus particles into the air," that doesn't mean anyone is going to catch it. And even if they do, like I said, it's not a death sentence. People get sick from viruses every day, and I'm not going to start wearing a mask every time someone hollers about a new flu bug.

Life is risk. Live dangerously.

“trying not to look like an idiot but everyone is thinking you’re an idiot for not wearing a mask.”

Maybe where you live. Not in much of Arizona. Live as you wish. So will we.

Okay, the 80 year old lady doesn't have anyone to go to the grocery store.

But let's say the 80 year old lady had a 17 year old grand daughter Sweetie that goes to the store for her. And she wears a mask.

Same scenario. Sweetie catches it because IronJack didn't have any symptoms and thought he wasn't sick. Sweetie despite her mask gets it from IronJack.

And of course shes contagious before she has symptoms. So she gives it to grandma.

IronJack might as well have walked into the store with a loaded gun. Closed his eyes and started shooting. He didn't mean to hit anybody. He thought the gun had blanks in it. He thought it was a funny joke.

We haven't been asked to wear masks in over 100 years. But IronJack dismisses it because he's afraid he will be asked to wear a mask for every little cold or flu bug? This is a killer disease.

My wife and I visited several grocery stores today around East Tennessee...saw some frightened people wearing masks, but not a majority. Most employees (not all) wore masks...probably from fear of lawyers. Large chains still without toilet paper, but Dollar General had plenty, with boxed cases sitting on the floor. Beautiful sunny day, no crowds, gas $1.28 gallon. Average traffic. One note: Fresh Market requires a mask, so we didn’t shop there.

A responsible citizenry - as defined by what entity?
What entity? Perhaps your mother and father when you were growing up.

I realize you are of infirm mind and not a citizen of worth, so you fail to insult me.

Thank you for proving my point FRiend. The leftists and their media friends have cowed many people. I am different, I won’t wear a mask, therefore I am the bad guy.
I’m not shaking my fist in defiance of the government. I am using my God-given mind to understand that I have been exposed to at least a dozen or more people since the beginning of January who have all displayed symptoms in varying heavy to mild degrees. It’s been here and I have been exposed. I am positive of it. I’m not wearing a damn mask to make you, or any other person driven by fear and social pressure, feel better. Look down your nose at me all you want, I don’t care, FRiend.

We hit a Walmart and Food City in E. TN, and things seemed pretty normal. A few masks. (And I must say that some of the masks looked well worn and on the funky side. No mask would be better!) TP on the shelves — not packing the shelves, but plenty of it. Zero antibacterial hand soap so got antibacterial dish soap instead — same effectiveness of 99.9% — and cheaper.

My sister went to another Walmart nearby and it was normal, too. We figure that free people have had enough.

We have a nearby Fresh Market in Farragut but have only visited a couple time. (Reminds us too much of when we lived in SoCal. LOL!) We probably should patronize it more; it does have good food.

There are better ways than risking your life or that of others in a pandemic, such as volunteering for political candidates who support the Constitution, contacting Congresspersons, writing blogs, teaching young people, reading conservative literature to sharpen your knowledge and debate skills, etc.

Refusing to wear a mask just looks petty, spiteful and reckless to others. It doesn’t convince the unconvinced of one’s courage or intellect, or convey any useful information to the uninformed or unconvinced among us.
