I just saw an article with data showing indeed, very few w/o “underlying conditions” die so far.

Not sure this is what I was thinking of, from WA state:

https://www.doh.wa.gov/Emergencies/Coronavirus

under “demographics”. Nothing about health status, but the age-group thing is overwhelming.

Thank you.. she’s a wonderful person.

She’s so far doing pretty well. Yesterday, she had some stressful breathing, but this morning was much more rested and feeling better. She’s using a CPAP-like instrument to press air into her lungs.. much better than a ventilator. She ate a full breakfast this a.m. and has no fever.

Just an anecdotal report. I work in a very public area, handling luggage and such, I feel fine as of now, no symptoms and nothing and or symptoms from my co-workers.

JMO, I feel like one of those milkmaids that Edward Jenner was observing, when he came up with the smallpox vaccine.

No. A family across the street from me had it but all recovered nicely.

“I just saw an article with data showing indeed, very few w/o “underlying conditions” die so far.”

Thanks for the link. I agree, most fatalities do have some kind of underlying conditions...but it’s not quite as absolute as some assert. Also of concern is that the list of underlying conditions has grown to such an extent that so many people have one or more of them that it becomes somewhat less relevant. For example, I know very few people who aren’t to some degree overweight, or have some amount of high blood pressure, or (if it were to be regularly monitored) unhealthy swings in their blood sugar levels, etc. I think there may be other (genetic?) risk factors that are yet unaccounted for.

“I am convinced there is no way this thing is just some natural entity in the environment,”

Agree 100%!
