Next to an aborted baby, nothing pleases the left more than a dead white Christian male.
Can hear the “See I told you so” even now all over by the MSM and the fake and luke warm Christians. But at least he has presumeably gone on home to be with his maker.
Well, at least the gene pool just got a little better.
Considering how many elderly attend church regularly, this kind of event is just a petri dish for the coronavirus.
Do you suppose they think tempting fate (God?) is admirable? Do they think that their enthusiasm for the Lord is going to immunize them (and their children and grandparents) from COVID-19.
I don't know what it is that turns Christians into idiots, but--whatever it is--it is real.
Or perhaps these people were already idiots, but now that they are Christians they are just advertising it.
I grew up in a Christian community in the deep South. Even as a child, it was apparent to me that the biggest impediment to Christianity (for a non-believer)...was other Christians.
The Lord surely loves them, but a bigger group of idiots just doesn't exist (with the exception of those gathered at the coming Democratic National Convention, of course).
I can see the smiles on the faces of the TMZ staff as they penned this article...
No HCQ for him?
Has anyone run a check on his congregation? If he is the only one who got infected, then he did not get infected at that church service.
Obviously he was not afraid to die...and he died.
I love this pastor for his life’s work. I’m puzzled as to how this carried on the great commission and the gospel, putting both he and his congregation at risk.
It seems the good pastor died as he lived: fighting for the Lord. May he rest in peace.
1 Peter 2:13-14 states, "Submit yourselves for the Lords sake to every human authority: whether to the emperor, as the supreme authority, 14 or to governors, who are sent by him to punish those who do wrong and to commend those who do right." (emphasis mine)
Replying to satan's third temptation or challenge, Jesus replied, referencing Deutoronomy 6:16, "It is written: Do not put the Lord your God to the test." (Matthew 4:7, Luke 4:12)
The Pastor was testing God! God had provided him with the opportunity to CONTINUE PREACHING OVER THE INTERNET, as so many churches are doing. Instead he chose to do something that may have been illegal (though I am not sure of the Stae's laws), put himself, his family, his congregants, their families, and members of the general public, potentially at risk and, most importantly, to a very secular world that desperately NEEDS JESUS, the Pastor displayed Jesus' Church in an unfavourable light!
Perhaps the Lord just said, "Enough! Now you are coming home."
