If anyone is listening to Rush today? He keeps stopping himself during his thoughts about what's going on with our country.... and says..."I have to stop, I'm getting dangerously close to saying something..."
He clearly is absolutely flustered and shocked how easily this country has been shut down. He has said several times that this can't continue, and he's right.
I suspect he is stopping himself short from putting forth the idea that it's time for Americans to stand up in defiance of all these shutdown orders. He just doesn't want civil unrest pinned on him.
All I know is what I have witnessed.
My business was closed down by the state. What country do I live in?
We have less than 50 dead here in Ohio. Everyday I drive by Riverside Hospital in Columbus and the parking lot is virtually empty as I assume they have cleared the bldg for Corona cases....which from everything I have heard from people who work there, are not exactly pouring in.
I know I know....it just hasn’t happened YET. I have heard this same argument for the last 4 weeks.
Rush, please stop bringing it up if you aren’t going to say it.
I’ve been listening and I don’t get that impression at all. Clearly though, he, like most of us, are curious about the inconsistencies.
Rush is very old school WWII tough it out generation. When this is all over, we will have far fewer deaths from COVID-19 than murder, suicide, flu, heart attacks, or accidents. Years from now when COVID-19 is a normal part of our lives, we will wonder why we went to all the trouble and panic. I think that’s what Rush wants to say but knows it’s not the right time.

Go ahead. Whose stopping you? Or, do you need the rest of us with you?
What do you hope to accomplish? You want to “fire the American Economy up”? There’s no planes flying. China doesn’t want to buy any of your sh_t, and they don’t have any to sell you. I suppose our Sports Economy could get moving, but that’s not going to really move unemployment or the Stock Market.
Small business like hotels and restaurants have to be getting hammered in this. It sucks, but I blame China. I don’t need to eat at Taco Bell to prove a point.
I raise heritage turkeys and occasionally use dogs to move them around. If you push them too hard, they’ll get panicked. When that happens, one of the group will always run right into the mouth of a startled dog.
That’s what this sounds like.

I think the hoax part is the whole shutting down America part.
The half dozen states with the worst cases should maybe be no travel zones.
However, if we can somehow follow social distancing at grocery stores, and wipe and sanitize the shopping carts and what not.. why can’t we do it at work?

I’ve said it before: Fauci has been a Hillary toady, who “loves” her, for decades. When a Hillary toady goes to help her nemesis, there are two — only two — reasons. (1) He’s a plant to sabotage her nemesis, or (2) he has a death wish. (Hint: It’s #1.)
He was just talking about California and it IS interesting. As of today only 7, 000 cases reported in CA. As he said California should be another ground zero. As of today Michigan has 6,482 cases.
Is someone lying? Is weather a factor in Michigan? All those homeless people in CA pooping in the streets and there are not more cases? Are the Democrats twisting this somehow? Are they purposely not treating certain groups to make a case against the President?
It’s just a question.
If the virus is a hoax, then such shouldn’t be a problem.

Rush just now explained how Virginia Governor Northam has shut down his state until June 10—the very day AFTER THE GOP PRIMARY so as to suppress enthusiasm for President Trump, etc.
Politics is so inherently corrupt and this virus, IMO, has been unleashed by Globalist entities in order to crush PDJT’s American First agenda with no regard to any collateral damage and death ravaged across the GLOBE, about which they don’t give a damn!!!
The numbers in China are most likely false, and there is Japan, S. Korea which have low numbers. I did posit the theory that we as Americans may be susceptible because of lifestyle.
A natural doctor I listen to says that medicine only masks the symptoms of an illness, it does not heal it. How many and how much medicine are Americans on today. We probably are not healthy in general.
