The police state over reaction in Australia to the coronavirus is part of the social suicide of the West.

Police here hold democracy and human rights in contempt to serve leftist politics.

I know that China buys a lot of minerals from Australia and I assume that,as a result,there are lots of people going back and forth between the two countries.

Yup,I knew that. I check the Sydney Morning Herald on occasion. Rich Chinese are buying real estate in California,Vancouver,London and Australia.

Just a thought. Pelosi keeps trying to denounce President Trump’s early response to the virus, yet she never brought up the possibility, or even attempted to postpone the SOTU speech in the House Chamber in early February.

It shouldn't count in her favor. She's been complaining about Trump not doing anything about the virus, but she didn't do anything either. If she was so concerned about the Coronavirus, she could have recommended the SOTU be postponed because of the disease, or recommended that it be conducted via closed-circuit from the White House instead of a full House Chamber, with the whole Congress, and various civilians attending. On February 4th, the evening of the SOTU, CNN was reporting this: "7:36 p.m. ET, February 4, 2020 World wide death toll passes 490 people. CBS News, same date: "Hundreds more Americans evacuated from China as coronavirus death toll rises.

It's her House Chamber, but she was more interested in having the cameras panning to show the Democrats sitting on their hands all evening, and her ripping up the President's speech. The Coronavirus was no where on her mind that evening.
