He has flown planes under bridges and has crop dusted the local football team when in training.
A frequent candidate for public office, he has represented the populist One Nation Party and the libertarian Liberal Democrats in parliamentary elections.
In a field of 39 candidates he topped the poll in the 2016 East Gippsland Shire election.
Then he was suspended for a year for revealing Council secrets to the media.
He did not vote for himself in protest against Australia’s compulsory voting system.
He was found guilty of this crime before the local court.
He says that the crime is to be forced to vote.
He is strong supporter of the right to own guns, freedom of speech and transparency in government.
