Let the domestic airlines know that if they send flights over there, they will immediately be shut down, no bailout.

Well, one should ask out loud why Mar-a-Lago was bombarded with lost Chinese tourist for the past several months. Every other week it seemed security was catching a chinese national.
Why in the world would you totally lock down CA and then let wealthy Chinese fly in to avoid the plague in their country? Someone took a really big bribe to allow this travesty. President Trump should squash this insane idea TODAY!
Why would California think it has the power to regulate and approve international airline travel into the state?

Clearly they are doing this for propaganda value. Plans are just plans, but this stunt does show their intention to showcase China’s supposed recovery.
