Also, using percent positives can be a good gauge.
These data are not readily available. I wish they were.
Last I heard, Friday, San Mateo county showed more than 90% being negative and this is in a pool of tested who are essentially selected to be most likely to have it.

If it becomes uncontainable, we should remove economic restrictions and let it run its course, like swine flu.
At some point, containment is counterproductive.
At the same time, we can provide targeted aid to those most at risk, and we can remove regulatory burdens to getting proper drugs, etc.
