The world economic and financial markets have entered into a crippling cannibalization of the system in which few are prepared. While the politicians, financial analysts, and media are providing optimistic forecasts for the future, they continue to underestimate the seriousness of the global contagion. Thus, after a week or two, these forecasts will be revised lower (once again) to reflect a more gloomy, negative and more realistic outlook.
So, in another a few weeks, the world as it pertains to this contagion will look a lot worse than it does today. Id imagine the Dow Jones Index will likely shed another 5-8,000+ points during this period. Also, the global supply chain disruptions will kick into high gear as month-long lockdowns in various countries finally impact manufacturers and retailers across the world.

Boeing, Boeing, GONE! stock will be useful only as toilet paper. They're begging for a bailout, after they've spent $100 BILLION buying their stock back over the last however many years.
And Delta is cutting 70% of their overseas flights.
Might seriously want to look at oil stocks. When the economy comes back up, people are gonna want oil. The more so if we get in a hot war with China.
The metals are following crude oil.
“Buy when blood is in the streets.”
Nah, I don’t think the world economy is going to collapse. But there is going to a good cleansing. In an Augean stables manner. Silver is just a commodity and lacking in monetary value outside of a zombie apocalypse situation. Using it as money is just too clumsy in this day and age.
It's down for the count until this is all over.
Yup. And in the Oil sector it’s pretty bloody.
You buy today, and then buy some when the next drop hits, and then buy again when the next drop hits... Dollar-cost averaging!!
Before the FED intervention, the bond markets were close to SHOUTING MAYDAY. The entire planet wanted dollars and there werent enough to go around.
The same goes for physical gold. While the price of paper ETFs is falling, in a couple of days, you will not be able to EASILY get your hands on the real thing. Due to OUTRAGEOUSLY high demand and supply chain constraints, both gold and silver, which have dropped like a rock to the bottom of the ocean on the TOTALLY MANIPULATED paper exchanges, are UNATTAINABLE in material form.
Because the Federal Reserve is wounded and left on the sidelines, I expect the MOTHER OF ALL BAILOUTS to start being deployed by the government and by international organization, which are U.S.-centric, such as the IMF and the World Bank.
This is a global pandemic and, as many have feared, the response will be globally-coordinated, opening the DANGEROUS doors to a one-world currency and global governance STRUCTURE.
Dont think for a second that power-starved globalist key players arent looking to FULLY capitalize on the suffering of others and become their heroes in this time of crisis.
I prefer to invest in brass and lead......
That too. I keep a goodly supply on hand myself, praying I never have to use it except for practice.
Yup.
Or on woodchucks.
Y’all eat those things? Might better start tossing ‘em in the freezer! :)
No.
I live in NY right now and cannot shoot them if I wanted, which I want.
However the new place in NH does not have that restriction, so if they go for the garden, they get shot (at).
I could give them to the neighbors for their dogs.
Even Silver Rounds are selling at $15-$16 apiece BUT you still cant get them for WEEKS or a MONTH.
Utter bullcrap. I picked up half a dozen last week. I spent ten minutes at the coin shop.
L
I will say this, my son had a gf from NY once. She was one of heck of a shot with a rifle. Maybe she honed her skill with a rifle by shooting woodchucks.
I don’t think you will go wrong by adding to your pile. I’m just hunkered down. Chilling...just waiting to see which way this is going to go. Got a little of everything and satisfied with amounts. Still gathering food and looking to plant a small garden. :)
Anyone know what to do with a bunch of silver dimes? I have a few pounds of them and am unsure if I should keep them or what?
