Something I can agree with the Progs on...
Given that about 12% of Bernie supporters voted for Trump in 2016, because they thought Bernie had been screwed out of he nomination by Hilary and the DNC establishment, that is not too surprising. I would expect at least that same percentage to vote for Trump this year instead of Dementia Joe, because of the rabid anti Bernie attacks from the DNC establishment this year.
If they cancel all the debates with Sanders... this will be something that takes off. Biden is a bulley and a blow hard; he is also a big chicken. I think he will be afraid to face Sanders mano a mano, which is pretty pathetic.

My sense is Biden has nothing to gain from the debates. Sanders for all practical purposes can’t win the primary. To debate just opens up Sanders attacking him from the left while Trump attacks from the right. Close off the left.
