I looked up foods that have this and my search said: Meat, specifically red meat, pork, and poultry.
Cheese, particularly parmesan.
Certain fish, such as cod and sardines.
Eggs.
Soybeans, particularly tofu, isolated soy protein, and defatted soybean flour.
Spirulina.
Fenugreek seed.
