A woman in St. Louis has a frightening tale to tell after she was attacked and the suspect was apparently allowed to walk free.
Her name is Alicia Clarke and she was attacked by her neighbor who tackled her, pulled her hair, broke her nose, and stabbed her with a metal rod.
This was all over an incident where she lost her phone, used the 'Find My Iphone' to locate it, and confronted the teenage neighbor who responded by attacking her and leaving her a mess.

We all know the drill
If he’s too stupid for normal justice, and too violent to be on the streets, send him to an institution for the criminally insane.
Sue him in civil court. Not that she’ll collet anything. Overworked prosecutors is no excuse.
Sling Blade?
Now in the olden days, (better stop right there!)
Be a shame if someone put a butcher knife in the yard for him to pick up and come running. Maybe he’d trip and impale himself.
Leave some gas and matches laying about?
I can’t imagine it would take very long.
Some people call it a Kaiser blade.
Let me guess his ethnic background too.....maybe that had something to do with his being set free in close proximity to Ferguson, MO???
Maybe vigilante justice should make a big come back.
Yet another example that shows local government is more of an enemy to the people than anything else.
JoMa
Now and in the future, (time to start.)
Put him down. Humanely. Like a rabid dog.
The juvenile court staff attorney (and the person who hired him) should be summarily fired and disbarred for having a low IQ.
That works, too.
Do you want lynch mobs?
Because this is how you get lynch mobs...
I would place him with the judge who released him, and make the judge liable for anything he does.

She didn’t call the cops? That’s what they get the big bucks for.
