There is no doubt that this insanity can continue, regardless of the facts: who cares whether researchers ever really discovered the COV virus; who cares that diagnostic tests are worthless for defining a case of COV; who cares that case numbers can be inflated without evidence; who cares that environmental factors in China (deadly air pollution, 5G technology rollout) can explain why people there are falling ill....

The flu is scarier.
That makes two of us. It may be overhyped, but taking the position that the virus doesn’t exist is just goofy.
Well we know the virus is for real, but the extent and severity are certainly in question. I can’t buy this person’s take on it anymore than I can buy the hysterical take too many have bought into. While no from Missouri, I am a wait and see person rather than an emotional reactionary type. At least most of the time. 8>)

I’ve talked to two medical people this week that I trust. They both said the same as you. That’s what they’re worried about. Both said...”Wash your hands.”.
It's scary how many times I see guys leave the rest room without doing that.
The virus exists but there is little for Americans to do at the moment. Don’t plan a vacation out of the country is a start. Especially if that vacation is to Italy or Korea. But if everyone just stays in their houses it will kill the economy. If your Aunt Sally is living off a 401K, she will lose most of her money. But when the virus comes, it will kill 1% and infect 30%. And far more older people, weak people, and smokers. So your Aunt Sally may die. So you want to take it seriously when it gets to your town. But you can’t tell everyone to just not go out.
That being said the masks are all gone. There is no vaccine. And we are not sure which drugs work best. If we have time. We can make masks. We will get experience with different drugs. And we can make more of those drugs that work best. Also, a vaccine takes about two years. The more time we have, the more time Aunt Sally has to live through to the vaccine.
The virus will come. America will get it. But if we finesse it right we can whether a wave of the virus without killing the economy or overwhelming the healthcare system. Slowing it down is important. But we need to do it while still working and educating. We just need to be bright about it. And Trump has kept it out mostly so far. We have a vibrant economy and 350 million people. You can’t keep it out forever.
I don't know about you, but my pecker is a heck of a lot cleaner then anything I can touch in there...

Well apparently you don’t. I didn’t see the UK Daily article that made the claim regarding supplied being bought up in the U.S., so I can’t really speak to that assertion. What supplies are they talking about? Groceries? Medicine? Disposable masks? The term supplies is a rather broad term.
Meanwhile folks on FR need to read everything, not rush to judgement on anything, and chill....
I love conspiracy theories, but the conspiracy theories I have read on this subject are totally nuts—totally—not even a close call...
