The NYC/Albany corridor controls the state. That area is overwhelmingly Leftist, so cooler heads can't prevail. And, the GOP is a pathetic joke in this state, so a double-whammy.

Same deal here in Colorado...Denver/Boulder/Front Range Urban Corridor dominates the rest of the state, which geographically is still center right...
