I don’t know exactly what to make out of this coronavirus.
That the media is in hyperbolic circus mode over it isn’t comforting, and you cannot trust anything out of China because they are known liars.
You have these health experts saying it’s only slightly more dangerous than flu, and others saying it’s not even remotely close to the flu. Hard to know what is true.

I think what they mean is that “medically” it does not resemble the flu virus.
I was speaking about the death toll from corona.
In a “normal” flu year in the USA, the death toll from flu will be about 0.2% to 0.4%.
Currently, outside of China, the death toll for corona is about 0.7%.
After six weeks of increasing world wide infections, the USA death toll from corona is still ZERO!
