Because of it’s long and silly history, the Logan Act is not worth talking about.
But, yes, what we have right here surely must be Treason or Sedition. Which is a step up from the Logan Act.

The meeting most likely had the blessing of the administration/state dept. This stuff doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
