It is one more abominable event in the conspiracy against the Trump campaign. What this really does, however, is put the focus on the two tiers of the justice system that exist today- one for the left and another for the right. That two tiered system was spotlighted when James Comey let Hillary Clinton off the hook for her reckless disregard for classified information. Those committing offenses far less egregious were punished severely.
That two tiered justice system now rewards Andrew McCabe. You will remember that Hillary Clinton bought McCabe in 2015.
McCabe was investigated by DOJ IG Michael Horowitz and found to "lack candor", i.e. he lied to the FBI.
He admitted it.
On Aug. 18, 2017, FBI officials grilled McCabe again to try to unravel what they said was “conflicting information” they had gathered about the possible leak to the Journal, The Daily Beast reported."Yeah, I'm sorry." That apparently was enough to forgive him. If only we knew that sooner. It's very disappointing, especially as there are two people being prosecuted unfairly for doing exactly what McCabe did.“I need to know from you, did you authorize this article? Were you aware of it? Did you authorize it?” an agent asked McCabe,
The agent then described his response: “And as nice as could be, he said, ‘Yep. Yep I did.’”
“I was very careful to say… with all due respect, this is what you told us. This has caused us some kind of, you know, sidetracking here now with some information other people have told us,” the agent said, growing increasingly frustrated.
“I remember saying to him, at, I said, ‘Sir, you understand that we’ve put a lot of work into this based on what you told us,’” the agent said.
“I mean, and I even said, long nights and weekends working on this, trying to find out who amongst your ranks of trusted people would, would do something like that.’ And he kind of just looked down, kind of nodded, and said ‘Yeah I’m sorry.”
Michael Flynn was targeted by the Obama DOJ. Sally Yates used a horse crap assertion of Flynn violating the Logan Act as a linchpin to entrap him. Then Comey "took advantage" of the confusion in the Trump transition to send two FBI agents to the White House to interrogate Flynn. They did not tell Flynn it was an interrogation. They told him not to bring a lawyer. They did not advise him of his rights.
“So not only was [Michael Flynn] not warned of his rights, he didn’t even know that he was being investigated,” Powell told host Sean Hannity. “In fact, he was led to believe that he wasn’t being investigated.”They also did not believe he was lying, yet months later was indicted for lying to the FBI. The original 302 notes were later manipulated to create the impression of guilt of the part of Flynn.Powell added that Michael Flynn’s case was the first instance she had heard of in which a defendant accused of making false statements to the FBI was not warned of his rights or informed that he was under investigation.
As of now the Feds have sought a delay in the Flynn case. As we've said all along, Flynn was clearly entrapped. AG BIlll BArr has reportedly appointed a prosecutor to review the Flynn criminal case.
Roger Stone was convicted of lying to the FBI and of threatening an animal (whose owner did take seriously) by a kangaroo court. Stone was given a prison sentence far in excess of what would be expected by a rapist. It was ludicrous.

Every conservative/Republican should be screaming about this. Here is the letter I sent to my congressman & two senators:
I read today that no charges will be brought against Andrew McCabe for lying to the Inspector General. The articles didn’t indicate whether a grand jury reviewed the case, so it appears to be an internal decision within the (so-called) Department of Justice.
This after Roger Stone was facing a ridiculous prison sentence after having the book thrown at him by federal prosecutors. This after an obvious case of prosecutorial misconduct against Michael Flynn. This after VERY OBVIOUS LYING TO CONGRESS AND TO THE FBI BY HILLARY CLINTON, JAMES CLAPPER AND JOHN BRENNAN, not to mention Hillary’s pay to play schemes when she was Secretary of State, and not to mention Joe Biden’s corrupt actions to make fortunes for various members of his family while endangering our national security which have never been fully investigated by the appropriate office or brought before a grand jury.
All of this means there is INjustice for one side of the political spectrum and NO justice for the other. I am beyond disgusted. I swear if I am ever called up for jury duty again I will refuse to convict ANYONE. Regardless of the facts of the case or the severity of the crime. If the Democrat elite in this country don’t have to face consequences for their actions, nobody else should either.
The FBI and the DOJ need to be emptied of current staff. In fact, those offices might as well be closed down. They are a waste of taxpayer money.

Not exactly. These beltway swamp lifers see themselves as part of the Great Crusade to “Resist” and remove President Trump. This is without a doubt a bipartisan op.
Yep, that was my first thought at the headline.
We have a two tiered justice system in this country which is why Roger Stone was arrested by fully armed fbi criminals in the early morning and andrew mccabe was not. Lt Gen Flynn was entrapped by the criminal fbi while hillary clinton and lois lerner, for instance, were let go.
I only expect the fbi to continue letting the leftist deep staters go, while violently arresting anyone who is a threat to the deep state. I will know that has become me when then fbi shows up at my house at 4am with guns drawn and dogs on the attack. I expect it to happen and so should you. Oh yeah, and it will be for made up charges where they will plant evidence that same morning to use against me and get a guaranteed conviction.
