How so. The charge is specific and limited only to lying to FBI investigators. Does not touch FISA abuse, which he signed and all the other treasonous stuff.

A good prosecutor always ignores easy to convict felonies when going for bigger crimes. /s

“J.P. Cooney and Molly Gaston, two officials in the DOJ’s Fraud & Public Corruption Section...”

Why would two seemingly low-level people write this? It would need sign-off by the AG, I would think. For such a high-profile case, wouldn’t Barr be the one taking the pronouncement? Something doesn’t seem to add up.

“Durham has him for bigger and better crimes. Have some faith in that”

I have faith in Jesus. Anybody else has to actually do something to earn my trust.

THIS is why we don't trust the "Blind" Justice System. It is only blind to crimes committed by Deep State Swampers and Democrats.

Yep, even a casual observer can see the lack of justice from the DOJ.

Forget it, Jake - it's The Swamp.

Only Trump supporters get prosecuted there.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The other charges against him are still in play. He did so much more than “lie”. The charges that matter will be along the lines of treason, sedition, plotting to overthrow and or assassinate. :D
I reseached Coomey one of the prosecutors. He was prosecutor for Sen Mendendez and Judge excoriated the prosecutors for a witch hunt against the Senator. Case dismissed.
Then he was prosecutor as a last minute replacement for AWAN case.
Coomey did not object to the removal of Awan’s GPS monitor, said he would not oppose a sentence of probation, and agreed to drop charges against his wife, fellow former systems administrative Hina Alvi. The government state they could not find any evidence they stole data, computers, illegal logins to hide traces from government computers, etc. This seems to disagree with the IG findings.
Of course the DOJ would appoint Coomey to McCabe’s case.
Please keep in mind, this was just about lying, try and keep the faith. McCabe is not out of hot water yet. Durham has him for bigger and better crimes. Have some faith in that
WTF?
“Former Acting Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe will not face criminal charges for allegedly lying to agents about a leak to reporters....”
That is one very narrow charge. There are most definitely others, and this guy needs to keep working on an anti-Bubba strategy for his next long-term residence.
Unless or until Prez. Trump declassifies all of that supposedly scary dirt against any and all "intelligence data crimes" (while he's been holding off after allowing Atty General of our (In)Justice Department until Barr feels it's "safe to do so" and giving Prez Trump to do so!
This will be long after Trump's second term and many of us are long gone, waiting finally for "justice to be done!!!!
Please, please, please President Trump, expose all NOW, I beg you!!!
The DOJ’s exoneration of all of the active coup conspirators will soon be following as well as exonerating the criminal Biden family. If the DOJ is not going to enforce the law, what the hell good is it?? Oh yeah, you, Joe and Jane citizen better not break the law, they’ll hang your ass.
“J.P. Cooney and Molly Gaston, two officials in the DOJ’s Fraud & Public Corruption Section, wrote to McCabe’s lawyers, saying, “after careful consideration, the Government has decided not to pursue criminal charges against your client, Andrew G. McCabe.”
what a joke. DOJ sucks ass, not justice at all.
I hope Trump tweets about how bad Cooney and Gaston are, then fires them.
