President Trump triggered her into revealing how corrupt she really is.

I’d rather let it stand and have Trump pardon him than to have to go through another trial, which they would certainly want to do.

Trump began tweeting about this miscarriage of justice back in November, but it appears that an early Tuesday tweet from Trump that prompted Hart to open her mouth.

Any trial that takes place in Washington DC will be an unfair trial. It’s full of people on the other side.

To be honest, I don’t understand exactly what’s going on with either R. Stone or M. Flynn. I don’t have to know, so not too wound up about it. I have never seen a high court go back and forth like this on what the sentencing should be, with even the president getting involved in the debate. The wisdom of his close involvement won’t be evident for a while.

I am glad both cases are getting a lot of close scrutiny right now, before any verdicts have been reached.

She was so dense about her twitter feed, if you didn’t know better, you’d almost think she was planted by Stone’s defense. Idiot. Thank God.

Yup, mistrial.

Now to start grilling the prosecutors and the judge, the latter who seems to be the go to when the Deep State maliciously prosecutes someone.

The judge will need to overturn the verdict.

Nancy Pelosi is now calling for an investigation of interference by the White House.

She should look in the mirror for the culprit.

Lawyers crawling all over the place and she isn’t vetted better than that? I’ve been worrying what the prosecutors were up to when resigning, because I didn’t think they would just go quietly into the night, but this new tidbit may spell the end, a mistrial, once and for all.

Roger Stone will get a mistrial, thanks to Tomeka Hart- and Donald Trump

Who does the author think will declare a mistrial? Judge Jackson? Why would she do that? She knew! The DC Circuit Court of Appeals? They are worse than the 9th Circuit, and Judge Jackson is fully expected to ascend to the DC Circuit in the next Dem administration. SCOTUS? Won't even consider it for years, if ever. And does Stone have a team of Lawyers willing to work for free?

DC is a snake pit, and a Republican will not find justice there. The problem is much deeper than the Stone "trial". So I ask again, who does the author think is gonna declare a mistrial?

And what about the Judge that knew all about this and REFUSED to allow the defense to disqualify her?? Shouldn’t she be held accountable?

The more I learn about this case, the more furious I become. It isn’t an exaggeration to call this banana republic or even Soviet-esque.

Wasn’t there another thread where Probesic showed evidence which suggested she was posting political blogs during the trial?

I would sue the hell out of the US DOJ for their unnecessary predawn military swat raid on his house with CNN taping.
Complete and corrupt abuse of government assets.

Tomeka Hart revealed on Wednesday that she was foreperson on Stone jury
Hart unsuccessfully ran for Congress in Tennessee as a Democrat in 2012
She is also a former Memphis City Schools Board President
Her social media shows a long history of anti-Trump comments
She called Trump supporters racists and tweeted about Stone case before trial

I, for one, would be interested in knowing how someone who apparently until fairly recently was a citizen of the state of Tennessee ends up on a DC jury. And not just any jury, a high-profile political jury. And not just a jury member, but the foreman of that jury.

That's one honking, big coincidence, no?

Although his prosecution may have been corrupt, Stone may also be guilty of the crimes with which he was charged.

Even if granted a new trial, he may be convicted.
