Elizabeth Warren did poorly in Iowa, despite laying claim to having built the earliest, largest, and most sophisticated field operation. The caucus vote-counting confusion provided cover for Warren to escape relatively unscathed.
But the New Hampshire results are in, and Warren got clobbered in her neighboring state, despite mostly favorable coverage nationally and her home Boston market. She lost to Bernie, Pete Buttigieg, and Amy Klobuchar. Now Warren can’t hide.
The massive campaign machine Warren built, reportedly with over 1000 campaign employees, could not overcome the most fundamental problem Warren’s campaign faced: Warren’s public persona of being a fake.
Americans will nominate and elect all sorts of candidates, from the virtuous to the rogue. But Americans don’t like fakes.
And there may never have been a more fake major candidate in modern American history than Elizabeth Warren.
Virtually everything about her personal narrative was false or questionable. And she couldn’t shake the “faux” prefix.

She would have been worse than Hillary, but fortunately is even stupider and more out-of-touch than Hillary, which is really saying something.

Americans elect fakes and empty suits all the time. Congress is full of them.
Obama was one of the biggest fakes in political history yet we elected him TWICE!
She has told lies about herself.
Beyond that, she is even worse than Hillary in her attempts to appear like an actual human being. She is awkward. Her personality to terrible. She tries to act like a likable person and she fails.
President Trump has real charisma. He likes people. And people like him. And he is who he is — no reason for him to fake anything. He’s just comfortable with himself. That’s one thing the Tweets show people. It’s easy to say “Oh, he shouldn’t have said that!” but it is also obvious that a different kind of politician would have all tweets vetted by a team of “experts” that would ensure that nothing but pablum ever got posted to Twitter. But that’s not Trump. He says what he feels like saying. He’s genuine. She is not.
They seemed to like obama well enough. And he was as fake as you get.
Warren was a fake but her bigger problem was that she was not a good enough liar, which is somewhat surprising since she’s been on Capitol Hill for so long. Most politicos become professional liars. Its how they remain in their jobs.
Obama’s whole life is about getting special treatment because he’s (half) black.

Total media cover up..plenty of people were raising flags.
The media ignored them or dismissed them.
She reminds me of every man’s harping, shrill, nasty ex-wife.
We don’t like fakes.
Oh, you mean like a little homo marxist who pretends to be an aw shucks midwestern pro-market Christian war hero?
Or do you mean a billionaire gun grabbing nanny stater racist who doesn’t like Jesus, who pretends to be a populist who wants freedom for people and is only in the race by popular demand?
Or maybe you mean a true follower of Stalin and the USSR who pretends to care about the downtrodden... with several million in his bank account, hiring his wife for media buys with campaign funds, and sitting on one of his three houses.
The entire democrat field is fake.
And I would submit that Warren is not rejected because of the Indian thing. Half of America thinks they have Indian blood from 4 generations back. She was probably told that growing up in Oklahoma. Every indian I know almost laughs at the common joke of white people thinking they are part Cherokee.
I think she was more rejected because of hated Harvard, for her line “you didn’t build that”, Telling that man who paid saved and paid for his daughters college “of course you won’t get reimbursed”. For telling America that a 9 year old tranny mental patient would get the final say on her Sec of Education.
Its a cop out to say it’s over the Indian thing. America simply didn’t want what she was selling.
JFK was a kind of fake,too?
Again, he was, at the time, the media’s darling.
His whole Presidency was presented as a kind of fairy tale...including the first Lady.
It was much easier to fool the people back then.
Now put her on a reservation.

Yeah you here that Cherokee blood thing here in Appalachia, but I think its a desire to a sort of “fraternal kinship” more then anything else. She used it to get a Harvard Law faculty position at what $300K+ per annum. I do think people are frosted by that! No one I know who makes these “Cherokee blood” claims would ever have the chutzpah to do that. Why? Because its simply not the right thing to do!
Bill Clinton was world renown liar, but he had charisma. He could lie to your face and make you like him at the same time. Hence he was elected president.
The more Warren lied, the more you disliked her.
