Specific, actionable tasks on facilitating diversity and inclusion are now a part of the performance review process at the company where I work, and is a mandatory item. In other words, we have to list ways that we *will* facilitate diversity in our review. By extension, this means that not kowtowing to the Woke world can be grounds for termination.
