No, my FRiend, it might be much closer than some think.
We need to keep in mind that the Dems/Marxists/progressives are adept cheaters, and are already cooking up ways to thwart the free and fair vote.
It will be close, but if WE vote, and encourage like minded friends and rels to vote, if we encourage indy voters to vote Trump, and if we volunteer locally to help keep the vote counts true and correct, we have a chance.

I rarely watch a SOTU speech. They are usually long and boring.

He has a way of taking Democratic planks and talking points and turning them into baseball bats to pummel democrats with them.
After demonstrating the folly of Sanctuary cities, with survivors of victims sitting in the audience. He comes out with this: “America should be a sanctuary for law abiding Americans, not criminal aliens.”
He talks about children being precious gifts of God.
He had Melania put the Medal of Freedom on Rush Limbaugh. You know that had the Democrats cringing, but truthfully, Rush deserved it. He’s been a guiding light ever since I can remember.
He had the 100 year old black pilot who served in 3 wars sitting in the audience. And he promoted him to Brigadier General. And the guy was in amazing shape for 100 years old.
He slammed the members of Congress who had cosponsored bills to socialize medicine.
Socialism is one area where I think he needs to get better at explaining why it doesn’t work, instead of just claiming it doesn’t.
But wow, it was an awesome speech.
And except for not shaking Pelosi’s hand, he ignored impeachment entirely.
He trumped them. Bigly. Yuge.
If they can't find enough, they'll just count the ones they can find more than once.
Democrats believe there are vast numbers of other Democrats around who don't vote, either because they are too infirm to make the effort, or because they are actively being kept from doing so by Republicans with German shepherds and SS-style uniforms who are menacing them and threatening them.
For this reason, they have no problem with their people voting more than once, voting in different districts on the same day, getting illegal votes, and collecting absentee ballots from mental asylums and homes for patients with advanced dementia.
We all joke about how Pelosi is nuts, crazy, etc, but after last night I am of the opinion that she really, actually has lost it. I mean any sane person would have realized that the optics of tearing up the speech transcript would be HORRIBLE but she did it anyway. She needs an intervention
I loved watching that 100 year old Tuskegee Airman saluting his President, and his great grandson by his side. Brought tears, and just thinking about it now does, too.

I ageee with Seaplaner. We are moving into the realm of false security. The dark powers will pull out every imaginable stop to thwart the POTUS. They will make Antifa look like celibate monks. We must get the vote out with those shut-ins or the uninterested electorate that thinks their votes won’t count. EVERY vote counts this time and we all have to help highlight the urgency of just what may happen if the left wins back the Presidency and the Senate. Even ‘Free Republic’ would become mute or irrevelate in a big brother, one world, woke ass overdo socialist cabal.
That is the difference. We will walk through fire for him.
GOP must take back the House, and that will take serious efforts, good candidates, and money.

As is typical of President Trump, the language in the speech did not focus on him, but on the nation. The words “me,” and “I” were virtually absent from the text, in favor of the words “us,” and “we.”
This is of course in direct contrast to Barack Obama His Own Self, who regularly talked about himself in the first person upwards of 200 times in these speeches.
This is how a good eco or boss talks to his people...
It is the same at his rallies...
I’m surprised 30% of Dems are even open to considering Trump is anything other than evil incarnate. When the Dems select a raving lunatic socialist as their candidate, some of these folks will be looking for an alternative, maybe even to the point of leaving the only political party they have ever known. No wonder Nancy ripped up the speech.
One thing I noted during the speech, combined with his Super Bowl ad, is that he is actively reaching out to black voters. I’ll be the first to say that I see his ceiling with black voters at about 15%, but he is clearly going after that group hard to earn their support. His campaign and advisers have presented some spectacular and positive figures to present his case for their votes.
