I think you may be surprised but I think they are trying to position Buttigieg as the gay Obama. Obama thinks he can do all things and change black voters minds to vote for him. And he will do as Obama says in return. The outstanding precincts are the ones where they attempting to implement their stop Bernie at all cost plans but people are onto them. Somewhere in Iowa a bunch of democrat lawyers are fighting it out and trying not to let it go public. The Biden campaign has been most vocal and with little ground games votes may have been stolen from him. Democrats know he’s senile and a crook, I doubt leaders really want him. They gave him some endorsements but planned on helping him lose and bow out on his own. If Mayor Cheat got votes he shouldn’t have and was propelled into round two because he was deemed viable (but really wasn’t) then he would have ended up getting delegates he shouldn’t have. I believe this happened in the remaining districts. In no way does a caucus take this long to count, especially when tallies were done on paper before any app came into play. Obama and Clinton don’t want Bloomberg. They can’t use him so easily.
