In a way I think it’s all unfair and that he doesn’t mean anything by it. But then again what the heck maybe he’s a pervert.
My wife has the best summation of this which is that he doesn’t have the sense to stop it even though he knows people are publicizing it.
There are a lot of pics of Kobe Bryant doing the same with his daughters...and I think there was one of Tom Brady doing it.

He obviously has diminished capacity and probably has been propped up in public by staff for a very long time. I can’t believe his family lets him keep this up. Then again, they may profit so much they really want him to win. He would be one lone pratfall, rake-stepper in office.
