Apparently the Harvard lawyer, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court has never heard of the Sixth Amendment right to confront your Accuser. And apparently he doesn’t know the law well enough to know that CIArmella has no legal status as a whistleblower, and that if he did the statute does not require his name to be kept secret.
Roberts must have a HUGE skeleton in his closet. I have no other explanation for many of his actions of the past decade.
After the trial he’ll probably flee back to his Convent in Malta

Trump, like any successful businessman, gets the best people out there to locate the best judges...and he takes his time... and tells us who’s on the list.

The whistleblower is a tax, and there for not subject to cross examination.
Not sure why Roberts is so intent on shielding Eric Ciaramella as “ the whistleblower “.
What makes Ciaramella so sacrosanct, other than the demands of Bug Eyes, and the Fake News conglomerate, to hide him from answering legitimate questions ?
It’s not a surprise.
Roberts is leveraged, as many federal judges are, by the spy agencies who vacuum up their financial, telephone and internet communications/activities.
None of this will change unless this mass spying, all carried out under the rubric of “national security”, is banned.

When will someone start the investigation of John Roberts? His rulings are suspect.
Roberts has been a known swamp thing from the beginning.
He also said the Roberts personally does not like Trump and is a Never Trumper. 
John Roberts is also where the FISA court buck stops. He knew everything that Rosemary Collyer knew as early as she knew it. He should not be allowed to scapegoat her without also being found culpable himself. His dereliction needs closer scrutiny and to be called out.
Like everything in this case, the law is being left to interpretations. Everybody has a gentleman’s agreement to not name anyone as the specific whistleblower. Violating that rule would paint a really big target on one’s back.

Trying to think about this logically - the ONLY reason to shield the “whistleblower” (who, yes I know isn’t one) is if it’s NOT Ciamarella.

In the FWIW Department: A while back, there was a prophecy regarding Justice, which looms ahead. One item is that Roberts and 3 or more other Supremes are going to Gitmo, and several will be executed. Obunga and a raft of Rats and guilty Pubs will go there, too. Some will be executed. Most will be imprisoned. Martial Law may need to be declared to keep the riff-raff under control. And prosperity will roll for everyone who makes an effort.
