No, you must call it “confirmation surgery”. That the person’s body was wrong and we’re agreeing this is the right course of action.

It is the epitome of liberal’s belief ‘feelings determine morality/truth’. The child feels they are the opposite sex, endorse it, and force the body to reflect that delusion.
You have your impossible utopia and really believe in it? Violently revolt against authority and conservative society, murder the evil oppressors and use force to change society in an attempt to create your impossible utopia. Prior murderous attempts are irrelevant, because they’re not as good/kind/educated as you.
Too bad Dr. Frankenstein didn’t have his own TV reality series. The outcome would have been fame and fortune instead of pitch forks.
When I was five years old, I knew I was superman. Fortunately it didn’t require castration and years of drugs to convince me I wasn’t......I sure would have enjoyed the attention and income from a reality series tho.......

It’s not completely by choice... it’s an insane mental illness.
One has to be NUTS to think someone wants to be blind or lose a leg so they don’t have to work.
That being said...if they didn’t get help for the mental illness and had their leg or arm amputated..they shouldn’t get disability.
Not because I dont think they were GENUINELY compelled to get said appendage removed...but because it might catch on...like the transexual thing.
