Rush told us yesterday that something important came up but couldn’t give details yet.
Yesterday he said he had something come up on the spur on the moment, but he’d be back Friday...
He was out 2 weeks for the holiday.
Yesterday he said he has to do something today that could only be done during valuable show time. It was too important not to do.

Just thinking the same thing! What a disappointment hearing this guest host when I turned him on today! Guaranteed his audience drops 75% when he has guest hosts.
I do NOT listen when guest hosts are covering for him. I don’t even listen to Mark Steyn when he fills in!
This is getting old.
The subs are getting on my nerves if I leave them on.
I’m no groupie but when Limbaugh is gone at times like this I miss him. I usually stay for the first hour until the show becomes repetitious, if it does, then turn it off. Mostly I listen all the way through.
Rush is not just entertainment. The guest hosts are only entertainment but only for some.
He was out for a week because he was Ill.
He is out today because something came up that conflicted with his On Air time. Could be personal, could be business, who knows?
I was hoping for Mark Steyn as the fill in Host today, but that didn’t happen.
The president is in Florida today, isn’t he? He’s speaking to the Republican National Committee winter meeting or something, but not until 6:00. I suspect el Rushbo is spending a bit of time with the president this afternoon. When is the president addressing the March for Life?
Spouse is hoping it’s about a new tv station for our side. I call him dreamer.
I got tired of Rush, Hannity and all the rest of the talking-heads long ago. Same blah blah blah whipping the choir into a frenzy daily.
I can’t listen to the guest hosts. I do listen to Rush for an hour or so sometimes before he gets repetitive.
He had the Flu last week.
Last week he said it was the flu
He started out not terribly sick supposedly and it got worse
Then he returned
He is out A LOT anyhow
Hope he’s ok
It is the Principles of Conservatism, that host the show! Rush is the best at bringing them to the fore and giving them the attention and respect they deserve. Any substitute, or any future replacement could do the same.
By the same token, any president who understood what Trump is doing could do the same!
He’s just pining for the Fjords...............
March for life with POTUS? I suspect there is some show prep of something big coming for what POTUS almost released yesterday. Free energy, alien disclosure, mass arrests?, big stuff is coming soon I expect.
