You can not change your sex no matter what age you are. From your scalp to the soles of your feet your sex is written in every cell of your body.
The question is "Should minors be allowed to have themselves sexually mutilated and pump themselves full of dangerous levels of hormones for no medical reason?"
The answer is no and any doctor who does this is guilty of malpractice.
The answer is the same with adults.
Although they are using the proper word "sex" rather then the newspeak of "gender" they are still conceding ground when they use phrases like "change their sex". Changing your sex is not possible for mammals. It just isn't.
