No, not quite. Now, they won’t need you to get pulled over and get a ticket for doing 45 in a 35. Now, they’ll know, every time... and you will be hearing about it.

I always figured it would be a black box installed in the car for insurance companies to monitor your speed and adjust costs. Guess I was wrong- now it’s an app.
