I don’t think Trump goes out and runs an evaluation on these guys. IMO < that’s exactly how we got Roberts. He was recommended to Bush. While that happened on Bush’s watch, and I’m no fan of GW, it is understandable how he could loft a guy like Roberts thinking he was doing the right thing.
