I agree with you 100%. After they’ve verified this was the game in the Ukraine, there can be absolutely no doubt this was the ploy here as well. It’s only a question of how much of the majority of the 150 billion was laundered back into the hands of the arch criminals who made this deal. May they all burn in hell.
