WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Groups of protesters took to the streets in Washington and other U.S. cities on Saturday to condemn the air strike in Iraq ordered by President Donald Trump that killed Iranian military commander Qassem Soleimani and Trump’s decision to send about 3,000 more troops to the Middle East.
“No justice, no peace. U.S. out of the Middle East,” hundreds of demonstrators chanted outside the White House before marching to the Trump International Hotel a few blocks away.

Except here is worse than cynical. Two months ago when Trump pulled out of Syria the same left was decrying us “abandoning our allies” and “Trump not listening to his intelligence.” Now, when Trump makes a proportional drone attack, they are SO EXCITED that they get their anti-war fun protests.
Except we aren’t at war like Iraq. Not at all. This is more akin to Reagan hitting Quadaffi.
They look ridiculous and like they are rooting for Iran.

But didn’t the left all get their panties in a twist when Trump WITHDREW 5000 or so military from one or another sh*thole in the region?
I guess they can’t make up their mind what they want.
And by the way, what are US causality figures in the area year-over-year 2008-2019?
