THE Ohio State University dominated the first half but kicked 3 chip shot field goals. Then Sunshine looked like a galloping giraffe as he scored a rushing TD to make it a 2 pt game.

FYI...The Championship game is being done by a Pac-12 crew.
Im a Bama girl (old lady), and I think youre correct. LSU was all business today. If they maintain that attitude, and I think they will, they should win. But Dabo ...
If on your desk you keep your business card from when you were out of football and selling real estate and hardly anyone in the game would even return your call and that’s hokey than Dabo is hokey. I love the guy.
Great night for Clemson fans!
ACC refs tonight for the LSU game.
I believe they took some heat during the game too.
Nobody’s beating LSU’S TIGERS!
GEAUX TIGERS!!
Is it whining when gop loses because of voter fraud?
Just checking when it’s ok to complain about bull crap.
How about the pac12?
The fumble reversal may have been correct, but if so, the catch rule is screwed up - the guy took 2 or 3 steps with the ball. Very entertaining game, and even though I was rooting for Clemson, I have to admit they were VERY fortunate - 2 OSU TDs wiped out by review, and 2 Clemson TD drives extended by stupid penalties. If OSU gets the breaks, they win by 3 TDs.
ITs that "tuck" rule, screws everything up.

Short version: the SEC officials were either incompetent or corrupt. Maybe both. All bad calls went one way - against Ohio State.
That said, Ohio State missed a lot of opportunities. Also, Clemson played great in the 4th quarter.
Doesnt really matter though. LSU will demolish Clemson - and would have demolished Ohio State.

I thought the first half takeaway of the Dobbins catch for a touchdown was pretty bad. I am not a close rules hawk, but my layman's understanding since I was about nine years old (during the Jurassic Period) was that the ground could not cause a fumble. Dobbins had definitive possession and the ball came momentarily loose when he stretched out to plant the ball across the line as he was tackled. The ground knocked it momentarily loose enough to wobble a bit, though he retained possession.
Yes, Ohio State should have cashed in a couple of the first half chances that resulted in field goals. That would have done it. Credit Clemson's goal line defense. But the officials also took away two clear Ohio State scores.
Are you from NY?
Thank you! Will remember this next time.
Targeting call was crap. Shows you how far down football has fallen. Eventually it will be flag football in FCS.
Bobby Bowden always said “Dadgummit!”
Bama was a 5.5 point favorite against Clemson last year.
Don’t underestimate Dabo’s ability to gameplan.
