Why does the Legislative Branch of Government have to pass a law restricting this?

The Dims in the US House are trying to legalalize it all with a bill called the "Equality Act". Of course, it could never pass the senate now and would never be signed by President Trump, but such a bill to legalize all this transgender sports competition lunacy and much more does exist and will be kept around for the first opportunity to pass it into law.

Thanks. I know and understand that. I could have worded my post a little better.

They were pretty much redundant questions in my unsuccessful, veiled attempt to make the point that we have for too long and still continue to turn to the government for solutions to societal problems we used to and could fix ourselves.

In this case the actual women who are upset or adversely affected simply to choose not to compete.

The meets would die a swift death if it was only for he/she’s. What would the LBGTQRSTWXY’s do, initiate a law suit or getting legislation passed to force normal women to show up and compete?

As a society we can, when willing, affect many societal issues at the local level rather than turning to government for a fix.

Government doesn’t have a very good track record of late of doing anything efficiently.
