Whenever you deviate from what nature intended, there are going to be negative consequences. Humans have been eating meat for hundreds of thousands of years at least, in addition to the other food groups. It is natural for us, which is why we crave meat.

As a dentist. My daughter dated a dentist, he told me he could always tell when someone was a vegetarian or a vegan. They teeth were softer and they always needed more dental work.

I sincerely appreciate that some people need to eat vegan because of some colic disease. I get that. But most — nearly all - vegans who I know, look unhealthy and well beyond there years. Unfortunately — like the victims of plastic surgeons — they surround themselves with similar victims, who feed off each other, and never come to appreciate their own stupidity.

We have a couple down in Fort Myers, FL who are being charged with murder. Only fed their baby a ‘vegan’ diet, died of malnutrition.

Humans have been “hunter/gatherers” for almost 200,000 years and have only relatively been “farmers”, maybe the last 10,000 years.
Personally I believe that human digestion is way more like dogs than anything else, even the great apes.
