Hollywood celebrities have routinely attacked Donald Trump using the most vile and profane names imaginable, since the very day he announced for office.
But one famous actor, who once joined others in claiming he would leave the country if Trump got elected, has reportedly been won over by the President's performance in office.
Pierce Brosnan, who most famously played James Bond in 4 films mainly in the 1990s had high praise for the businessman-turned-president when it comes to the economy.
TheHill reports:
Brosnan once suggested he might leave the United States because of President Trump, but he now acknowledges theres been a big bright spot during his presidency: the economy.
I think what hes done for the economy is very good, Brosnan told ITK in a recent interview when asked where he stood as far as potentially fleeing the country.
People are working, and thats a step in the right direction, the Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again star said.
This country is part of my life, said the Irish-born performer, who played James Bond in four of the franchises films. Im an American citizen. I love America and Americas been very good to me. And I want to see happiness come back into our society.

His career is essentially over so he is somewhat safe in saying this.
Loved RS.
Like Eastwood, I suppose he’s old enough to financially survive our domestic enemies’ coming onslaught.
Isn’t he a Brit?
Actors are usually gay.
Ya gotta have one to lose one. Just sayin’. For a friend of course.
I can add an anecdote of my own to that...
I started work with a company in 2007. During the Obama administration (specifically in late 2014) our business took a downturn and I was laid off. I spent several years working whatever temp jobs I could find, including a number of temp-to-hire positions that never panned out.
A little over a year into Trump’s presidency, in February 2018, this same company came looking for me and rehired me into the position I held when I was let go, with about a 30% increase in pay. And last August I got a promotion.

You wish you were THAT gay. *Ba-da-bum!* ;>) *ROTFLMAO*!!!
Pleasantly surprised
Also I will not hire a M word. They have no work ethic! They fail every audition.
“... And I want to see happiness come back into our society.
It’s going to be a l-o-n-g wait with so many socialists/fascists/commies infesting every facet of government, society, academia, military, religion and society.
We’ve had our own family business since 2008. 3 of the 4 best years our business has had since that time - have been the last 3 years.
MORE TRUMP PLEASE!!!!
Try watching the show, any 80s show, now.
What was considered good then, I just can’t watch now.
I watched a 1982 episode of that show (Remington Steele) not long ago, was shaking my head in disbelief at about how TV was that so much more watchable back even then compared to the trash nowadays. I seem to recall that they crossed over with Hart to Hart on one occasion and also Moonlighting.
I’m sorry, I guess I’m dense, but what do you mean about President Trump’s right arm?

Sorry for the twofer
They made Pierce sing in Mamma Mia! and didn’t have the decency to dub him. I actually felt embarrassed for him. I thought he carried off the role well, but he can’t carry a tune.
Yummy. Looks like his Remington Steele years. My top three are: Tom Selleck, Gerald McRaney, and Pierce Brosnan.
007 is gonna have to do a lot of killin' for that to happen.
The name Leslie Nielson comes to mind. He was a dramatic actor and then he did 'Airplane'. He tells the story that after the release and huge popularity of 'Airplane', he landed a dramatic roll and a community theater in Chicago. When he delivered his first lines, the audience burst out laughing.
He knew his career as a dramatic actor was then over.
