My issue is not so much with the fact obozo may or may not have been a US Citizen. It is that ALL of the suits filed to determine that legally were dismissed for some version of lack of standing or no proof of harm. Not a SINGLE ONE survived on its merits.

The chilling implication is someone from another country, who is discovered being an alien (even illegal) — even if they boasted about it — who got elected POTUS could not be challenged in court. The only hope would be impeachment which, until now, had to include a “high crime or misdemeanor” which would be tricky.

I am much more worried about the legal precedent than I am the actual facts of the case.

The only ones having legal standing were members of Congress because of the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three. Obama'a own legal defense team admitted this and used it as an argument to keep others from having the standing to object. Congress failed this nation and did not do their job. As to the issue of "impeachment" with Obama. It could not be done legally because he was never a President. They could have arrested him quite easily though.
