A 14-year-old student in Hamilton County, Florida, was hospitalized after being brutally attacked by multiple classmates on the schoolbus for wearing a Trump hat to school.
The family of the student, who has not been publicly identified, has now hired a lawyer and released a video of the attack.
Earlier in the day, the student also had milk poured over his head.
“I am sitting in the hospital with my 14 year old kid because he was just jumped by 8 black kids on the school bus, I guess that’s what happens when a kid wears a Trump hat to school. And who’s the violent ones again? Earlier today they poured milk all over his head,” the parent, who uses the Twitter handle “American Diaries,” tweeted.

? Seriously - why? Inability or refusal to address the issue doesn't go to solving the root of the problem. This behavior is lord of the flies level. This is animal behavior. GP had to put the disclamer out to keep the FB overlords satisfied.

As a veteran teacher, I strongly disagree with your last sentence. I’ve taught with some very, very liberal teachers. But not a single one of them would approve of bullying a kid. We all hate it.
The problem is with the school administrators. The bad ones put their careers - and their bonuses - first. In my neck of the woods, school principals get monetary bonuses for reducing suspensions. And they get fast-tracked for promotions. So they are strongly motivated to just tell little Johnny not to do that again. But of course little Johnny will do it again.
What about the good principals? Their hands are tied by the higher-ups. Folks in central administration put public relations first. Gotta keep suspensions down. Can’t have the police arresting any kids.
It’s a damn shame.
I can see the moderators point. You can call out the perpetrators without maligning an entire race.
I would opine that the teachers and school administration did and do not give a damn when this happens. I would also say that they are secretly pleased when this happens. They know that their work has not been in vain. And in closing, to para phrase Limbau, let this be a teachable moment.

Only allow your kid to wear Obama hats and shirts, but not Trump. Make it unsafe to wear a Trump hat, beat down anyone that supports Trump. . .and of course, brutally beat/attempt to murder the kid if he is White.
Where is the school in this, especially when they KNEW the kid had milk poured over his head at lunch. Where are the police? Unless we push back it will be more and more dangerous out there and eventually they will beat everyone into submission.

Comments that refer to the perpetrators of this crime (who are children themselves) as some sort of animal, with or without porches or pavements, will earn you a PERMANENT BAN.
They are clearly warning against racial slurs, not against describing the behavior as animalistic.
