Nope. He’s the fall guy. Clinesmith and the like are going to cop pleas for the near equivalent of process crimes. Altering documents, etc. Get slaps on the wrists and move on with their lives.
Barr will then do a victory lap and “for the good of the country” not pursue indictments against high level obama officials. The handwriting is already on the wall with him moving Durham’s conclusion to the summer.
