I was over there flying flight test (as a civilian) in the last year or so. We (the US) have a lot of military assets over there in Gulf. Without bringing them home, it also becomes our problem. Just sayin.

I need someone to explain the "big picture" interconnectedness of
1. international reserve currency being U.S. dollars
2. international oil transactions traded in U.S. dollars
3. world economy, including U.S., dependent upon energy/oil, affected by disruption of availability of Middle East oil
4. Russia and China working to develop another international currency alternative to the U.S. dollar
