I’m guessing by the size and style of the wheel (and the destruction) that this was the bomber’s car. Probably a chunk that was tossed quite aways from the actual blast location due to the lack of damage nearby (brush, asphalt, curb, etc.)

Burn or blood smear just to the left of the remains - from the size of the wreak the explosives were not massive.
