Garrett Gruber is a native resident of Livingston County, growing up in Smithland, KY. Garrett graduated from Livingston Central High School in 2007 before moving on to Murray State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies. Yes but if the paper ballot had a number receipt that one could tear off...then paper ballots could be checked against the number...one could verify if one’s own vote was correct in case of a recount.
