I still grill steaks in winter when it’s cold and snowing outside.

So do I. But I used the cast iron method. I sear it on the stovetop and then put the cast iron into the oven until it reaches perfect temperature for medium rare. Then while steak is resting, I toss onions, garlic and mushrooms into the hot skillet. So good!
