The only ways I can conceive would be to show: 1) that Trump actually lives in New York for the majority of the year, 2) that Trump uses NY as his legal address for business and federal tax purposes. NY will do its best to continue bedeviling and taxing him.

So he spends NO time in NY and the Fascists Democrats want to demand he must stay on the NY taxpayer rolls?
California tried something like that with retirees who moved to other states. California argued that since pensions were earned in CA, people would have to pay CA taxes on the pensions no matter where they moved to. I believe this was quashed by the courts. But the spirt was there even if the legality was weak.

Donald Trump: serf
Tied to the land, he is not free to seek a new home but must stay where he is and continue to serve his master Fredo.
Or maybe not.

What the State of New York loses from tax revenue imposed on Team Trump will more than be made up for by the current crop of New York-to-Florida transplants moving back to New York State to avoid being in the same locality with that “despicable neo-Nazi now in the White House”.
(Do I HAVE to include the < /sarcasm > EVERY time?)
Of course those prior transplants wouldn’t move back. But they would STILL think of Trump as a “despicable neo-Nazi”, even in the face of all evidence to the contrary.

President Trump had better make sure he does not travel through or set foot in New York State for at least a year. If he does that New York has nothing.

Trump will still pay taxes to NY entities because of all the
property he owns in the state. The FL move will change his
income tax situation, etc.

LOL. That’s true. Locusts.

The state of NY or NYC could not deny him a move to Florida.

Mar a Lago was a gift to the government by the Post family and intended to be the Winter White House. The government gave it back as it was too expensive to maintain.
Enter Donald Trump. Listed for 28 mil, the market tanked and he bought it for $5 mil and $3 mil for the furniture etc.
So it looks like President Trump will reside in "The White House" forever. Hoe's that for irony! :-)

Rush says he is still getting audits from New York 13 years after moving.
How is this not harassment, I don’t know.

Trumps move to Florida could run into resistance from New York Maybe. But if they do contest it, this could become the most expensive tweet in New York history: Good riddance. Its not like @realDonaldTrump paid taxes here anyway... Hes all yours, Florida. -Gov. Cuomo Junior
That tweet says he didnt pay any, not he didnt OWE any. Big differance.
To: ctdonath2
I would use that as evidence.
