Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that tends toward insurrection against the established order. I’m not a Constitutional lawyer, but I think the AG needs to look at the Sedition Act of 1798 that specifies attacks on the President.
McLaughlin actually publicly acknowledged the existence of a deity in front of John Brennan. If I were him, I’d watch my back. He might get Arkancided like Jeff Epstein, by the Deep State he’s so grateful to his Creator for providing.

I would like to see a bill introduced in Congress which aims to quell defamation among Federal officials by prohibiting statements that the speaker knows to be false.
It wouldn’t pass of course, since lying is so popular among politicians, but it could show the public which side objected the most.
